Amazing service received from Waseem. I Contacted the company to repair my boiler which had failed with a leak from the boiler and no hot water at the taps. Waseem diagnosed the fault on his initial visit and ordered the parts and came back to replace the parts as soon as they came. I found him to be very honest, knowledgeable and organised throughout the process. He kept well informed of eta's and kept me updated at all times. Waseem did a great job correctly diagnosing that our central heating system had a leak in it somewhere, causing the boiler to turn off. He added a leak sealant into the system and, four months later, we have had no further problems. He communicated with me really well, too, explaining the problem and further remedial steps, which I’m pleased to say weren’t necessary. I had Curtis come down to have a look at a potential leak from my bathroom as it was coming through to my living room ceiling. Curtis was a very friendly and knowledgeable and ruled out everything that it could possibly be efficiently and managed to find what the potential cause was. Didn’t waste any time and made sure he left the place clean aswell showing his professionalism and making sure that I was happy with the job.
